Our developers have sorted one of the biggest problems Classlist Ambassadors and Class Reps face – timing of announcements! Using our new announcement scheduling tool, you can now write your announcement in draft form, then schedule it to be published at a later date or time. You can also replicate previous announcements, saving time and effort. Hurrah!
How to schedule announcements
Using either the Classlist website or the app, go to the Admin side of the tool to find the Create button at the base of the page. Follow the prompts to Create new Announcement. You can send it to a select group or the whole school. You an also add images, format the text and insert hyperlinks.
Then click Schedule send to pick your preferred date and time.
How to duplicate announcements
To resend an announcement, find the original post and click the three dots on the right hand side. You’ll have options to edit or duplicate the announcement, so you can send it on to different groups.
